Allan Shivembe MSc FIS @NCFM

I am a Research Assistant working under the Food Insight and Sustainability platform @NCFM supporting SME’s in product development, innovation, sensory insights and business strategy. I previously worked as a food development consultant assisting food business start-ups and SME’s in the food service industry. I have worked in the hospitality industry since 1996 starting out as an apprentice and making my way up to become a Head Chef at one of London’s pioneering corporate fine dining establishments – Altitude 360 London. I hold a post graduate Masters degree in Food chain and supply systems from Cranfield University. My focus lies in sharing my work philosophy and experience gained over the years to broaden the knowledge base and assist SME’s attain their full potential particularly in food product development and innovation
